Overview
A family-friendly adventure across Nepal's varied landscapes with comfortable hotels. You start in Chitwan National Park in the lowlands, home to the one-horned rhinoceros and Royal Bengal tiger, then continue to Pokhara, the lake city. From Pokhara a gentle three-day village trek leads to the Gurung village of Ghandruk (1940 m), with breathtaking views of the Annapurna range from Annapurna South and Hiunchuli to Machhapuchhre, and on to Dhampus, where families can meet villagers in their daily farming life. Walking days are 3-5 hours.
